Privacy Policy

Chroma Auto Lab ("we", "us") is a window tint shop based in Killeen, TX. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, contact us, build a quote, or book an appointment — and what we do with it. We've kept it short and plain. Information We Collect

Forms you fill out

Our Quote Builder and Contact Form ask for your name and phone number so we can follow up with you. The Quote Builder also collects your vehicle year, make, model, and the tint package you selected. The Contact Form has a free-text message field.

Booking

When you book an appointment, your name and phone number are sent to Square, our booking and payment provider, to create or look up your customer record. Square handles the appointment record under their own privacy terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 records anonymous usage data — page views, clicks on phone/SMS/booking links, quote submissions (only the package and vehicle category, not your name or number), FAQ expansions, and gallery opens. IP addresses are anonymized before being stored. We do not send your name, phone number, email, or message text to Google.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) so that returning visitors aren't double-counted. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or third-party trackers. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time without affecting how the site works.

Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your information. The only third parties that see it are the services we use to run the site:

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions. Netlify privacy policy
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage data only. Google privacy policy
• Square — booking and customer records when you book an appointment. Square privacy policy

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions stay in our records as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up about your appointment or warranty work. Square retains customer records under their own retention policy. Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default.

Your Choices

• Opt out of Google Analytics — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser.
• Request deletion — email chromaautolab@gmail.com and we'll remove your form submission and Square customer record (booking history may be retained where required by law or payment-processor policy).
• Don't submit a form — if you'd rather not leave your information online, just call or text us at 254-677-8799.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
