Privacy Policy

Chroma Auto Lab ("we", "us") is a window tint shop based in Killeen, TX. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, contact us, build a quote, or book an appointment — and what we do with it. We've kept it short and plain. Information We Collect

Forms you fill out

Our Quote Builder and Contact Form ask for your name and phone number so we can follow up with you. The Quote Builder also collects your email, your vehicle year, make, model, the tint package and any add-ons you selected, whether your vehicle already has tint, your preferred contact method, and any notes you add. The Contact Form has a free-text message field. Both forms are saved through Netlify and/or HubSpot so a temporary failure in one service does not lose your request. To understand which marketing brought an inquiry to us, we save the first landing and referring URLs for the browser session, campaign tags, the page where the form was completed, Google Analytics client/session identifiers when available, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID when they are present in the first landing URL. If you check the consent boxes, we'll also use your number to text you about your quote and appointment and your email to send you occasional marketing — both are optional, and you can opt out anytime (reply STOP to texts or unsubscribe from emails).

Booking

When you book an appointment, your name and phone number are sent to Square, our booking and payment provider, to create or look up your customer record. Square handles the appointment record under their own privacy terms.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 records usage data such as page views, navigation and important call-to-action clicks, key section views, phone/SMS/booking clicks, quote-step progress and validation categories, confirmed quote/contact outcomes (only controlled categories such as service, package, form, and vehicle type), FAQ expansions, and gallery opens. GA4 can also read campaign tags and Google Ads click attribution from the landing URL. IP addresses are anonymized before being stored. We do not send your name, phone number, email, message or notes text, full form values, or advertising click identifier as custom analytics event fields.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) so that returning visitors aren't double-counted. When you arrive through an auto-tagged Google Ad, Google Analytics may retain the associated click attribution in its first-party cookies. We do not run remarketing pixels or build ad-personalization audiences in the site code. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time without affecting how the site works.

Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your information. The only third parties that see it are the services we use to run the site:

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives form submissions. Netlify privacy policy
• HubSpot — stores quote contact details, vehicle and service selections, and lead-source attribution so we can follow up and track the request through our sales process. HubSpot privacy policy

How Long We Keep It

Form and CRM records stay in our records as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up about your appointment or warranty work. Square retains customer records under its own retention policy. Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default.

Your Choices

• Opt out of Google Analytics — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser.
• Request deletion — email chromaautolab@gmail.com and we'll remove your form and CRM records and request deletion of your Square customer record (booking history may be retained where required by law or payment-processor policy).
• Don't submit a form — if you'd rather not leave your information online, just call or text us at 254-677-8799.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
