Wrap basics

What a Vinyl Wrap Actually Does

A vinyl wrap is a thin, adhesive-backed film applied over your vehicle's factory paint. It lets you change the color and finish completely — or just accent panels — without touching the paint underneath. When it's done, the wrap has actually shielded that paint from years of sun, rock chips, and minor scratches.

Compared to a repaint, a quality wrap is reversible, usually more affordable, and available in finishes paint can't easily match: satin, matte, gloss, and color-shift. When you're ready to go back to factory — or on to the next look — quality vinyl removes cleanly from paint that's in good condition.

The result you get is only as good as the prep and the install. We wrap one vehicle at a time in a private, appointment-only studio, so panels, edges, and recesses get the time they need.

Protects your factory paint

A wrap takes the sun, rock chips, and light scratches so your original paint doesn't have to — and keeps resale value intact.

Finishes paint can't match

Satin, matte, gloss, and color-shift films open up looks that are difficult or expensive to achieve with paint.

Reversible

Change your mind down the road. Quality cast vinyl comes off clean on paint that's in good condition.

Full or partial — your call

Go all-in on a color change or keep it subtle with accents and stripes. We'll help you scope what fits your goals and budget.

Coverage

What We Wrap

From a complete color change to a single accent panel or a set of custom decals — tell us the look you're after.

Full Vehicle Wraps

Complete color change · gloss, satin, matte & color-shift

Transform your vehicle's color from bumper to bumper while protecting the factory paint underneath. Ideal for a bold new look or a finish you can't get from the factory.

Partial Wraps

Hood · roof · mirrors · fenders · accents

Blackout the roof and hood, wrap the mirrors, or build a two-tone look — a custom result without wrapping the entire vehicle.

Stripes & Accents

Racing stripes · pinstripes · trim

Clean, precisely aligned stripes and trim accents, cut and laid to fit your vehicle's lines.

Custom Decals & Graphics

Lettering · logos · one-offs

Business lettering, custom graphics, and one-off decals designed with you and cut for a clean, professional finish.

Pricing

How Wrap Pricing Works

Unlike our flat-rate tint packages, wraps are quoted per project — because the honest price depends on your vehicle and the look you want.

Coverage

A hood or roof accent uses a fraction of the material and labor of a full color-change wrap.

Vehicle & complexity

Size, body lines, recesses, and how much needs to come apart for a clean finish all affect the work involved.

Film & finish

Gloss, satin, matte, and color-shift films carry different costs. We'll match the film to your goals.

Send us your vehicle and what you have in mind and we'll follow up with an estimate. No obligation — and we'll tell you honestly if a wrap isn't the right call for your paint.

Process

The Lab Standard

The same process discipline behind our tint work, applied to every wrap.

01

Consult

We review your goals, look at colors and finishes, check your paint, and scope full vs partial coverage. You get a clear estimate.

02

Prep

The surface is decontaminated and cleaned, and trim or hardware is removed where needed so edges tuck cleanly. Prep is where a wrap is won or lost.

03

Install

Premium cast vinyl, laid panel by panel and wrapped into the edges at the pace the job requires — not the pace that gets us to the next car.

04

Inspection

Every panel and edge checked before the vehicle moves. Anything not right gets corrected before you leave.

Good questions

Vinyl Wraps — Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a vinyl wrap cost in Killeen, TX?
It depends on the vehicle, how much you're wrapping, and the film and finish — a hood accent is very different from a full color change. That's why we quote every wrap individually. Send us your vehicle and what you have in mind and we'll follow up with pricing.
Is a wrap better than a repaint?
For a new look, a wrap protects the factory paint, is reversible, comes in finishes paint can't easily match, and usually costs less than a comparable high-quality respray. A repaint makes more sense if the goal is permanent and the original paint is damaged.
How long does a vinyl wrap last?
A professionally installed cast vinyl wrap generally lasts about 5–7 years, depending on the film, color, sun exposure, and care. Keeping the vehicle out of prolonged direct sun and hand-washing both help it last.
Will a wrap damage my paint?
On factory paint in good condition, a quality wrap removes cleanly and protects the paint it covered. Wraps aren't recommended over paint that's already chipping, peeling, or poorly repaired. We'll assess your paint before recommending a wrap.
Full wrap or partial wrap?
A full wrap covers the whole exterior for a complete color change. A partial wrap covers specific panels — a blacked-out hood and roof, mirrors, fender accents, or a two-tone look — for a custom result without wrapping everything.
Do you also do window tint?
Yes — window tint is our other core service, with flat package pricing and an instant online quote. Many customers pair a wrap with tint. See our tint quote builder or the ceramic tint page.
